Hardware Requirements:

iPhone or 2nd generation ipod touch running firmware 2.2 or later

(2nd generation ipod touch users need compatible headphones with a microphone to record sounds.)

1)  CAN’T FIND THE MOUTH RECTANGLE:

While viewing a photo make sure you are in edit mode 1.

*NOTE To be in this mode, it’s icon should be “lit up”

If you still don't see the mouthbox, swipe your finger in different directions until you see the mouthbox.

2)  NO SOUND DURING PLAYBACK:

1. a) During playback the "play" button
   

 

changes to "stop"

 

While you see "stop" adjust to volume up.

b)  Make sure you are not playing a blank or very quiet recording.  Pick a different sound from the list.

3)  MOUTH MOVES TOO LITTLE DURING PLAYBACK:

On the settings screen you should adjust the adjust the "Mouth Sensitivity" to a higher level. 

4)  MOUTH MOVES TOO MUCH DURING PLAYBACK:

On the settings screen you should adjust the adjust the "Mouth Sensitivity" to a lower level.

5)   ANY OTHER PROBLEMS:

Restart your device.
